An important technological leap makes this machine even more powerful, stable and precise, confirming the reliability and safety that, for a long time, distinguishes Sassomeccanica. Designed for precision machining in a simple and automatic way, it is perfect for linear, curved, angled cuts and for the realization of complex shapes, with disc or milling tool. The structure in hot galvanized steel, consisting of 2 thick tubes and the frame sanding made with strengthening bends, make the structure very stable to the stresses during processing. The bridge is made with vertical segmentations that makes it particularly resistant to loads and stresses, making it the normal mechanical bending insignificant.

The Z-axis, supported by double pneumatic cylinders, significantly lightens the weight, making vertical movements very fast.

The traditional bridge handling system has been outdated with the application of 2 gear motors in the electric axis that make the whole system extremely precise, preserving high translation speeds.

More reliability
The Axis C / Axis A rotation system has been realized with a fork that contains all the mechanical parts for the movement and all the electrical, hydraulic and electronic connections for a major safety and operativity.

More efficiency
The racks and pinions, are helical type, the electric panel and the hydraulic system are incorporated in the structure of the machine. The system in electric axis is particularly effective for the movements of very small dimensions.
